Ecochums
These are a delightful new range of ecologically friendly toys made from 100% new wool. The woollen fabric and stuffing is unbleached and smells of lanolin. They are machine washable at 30 degrees C. The STAY WARM range comes with a small bag of cherry stones inside which you heat up in the microwave. This is very different from the buckwheat filled bags which do not have a nice smell. After about 20 microwaves, these stones give off a faint cherry fragrance. Ecochums has now added a selection of ecologically friendly rocking toys to its range, suitable for children up to 3 years of age. They are made from unbleached woollen fabric, stuffed with wood wool around a strong metal frame. The rockers are plywood treated with linseed oil. They comply with EN71 toy standard.
